Locals at a Porthmadog pub have been praised after raising £6,750 for a hospital cancer ward.

Organised by Nigel Beattie, who works for the Job Centre, numerous fundraisers over the past six years have raised an incredible £6,750 for the Alaw ward at Ysbyty Gwynedd.
