I’m trying to contact a friend I knew back in the 1970s. She worked with my wife and attended our wedding in 1979. I wonder whether a letter published in your newspaper might help me trace her.

The information I have unearthed so far is: Name: Susan Douglas Jones. Her mother was called Nesta and she had at least one brother.

Her family owned a butcher’s shop in Aberystwyth, from my research I think this was at 4 Terrace Road.

The electoral register for 1973 lists Susan D Jones living at that address, the other members of the household were Keith, Nesta and John Jones.

Does anyone remember the family? Are any members of the family still living in Aberystwyth?
