Madam,

I have been told by fellow passengers on our local bus, the 512 Aberystwyth to Ynyslas, that the council has agreed to a change of service provision: viz, the bus will no longer stop at Heol Aberwennol on its way to Aberystwyth. They must be aware that a lot of pensioners get on and off the bus at that stop, and that the alternative is a steep climb or descent on the pavement-free Clarach road, or via a muddy lane. This appears to have been decided without any consultation with the users.
