THE streets and skies of Machynlleth were lit up on Saturday night thanks to the annual Lantern Procession and fireworks display, which was again well supported.

The procession started at Huw Lewis Tyres, Heol Maengwyn, and made its way through the town, past the town clock and onto the football field for the fireworks display.
