A FORMER Bethania man who went missing from his Cardiff home has been found alive and well.

Andrew Klemencic went missing from his home in the Grangetown area on Tuesday, 1 November sparking a search effort from family and friends.

Twenty-eight-year-old Andrew, who moved to Cardiff around 10 years ago, was found on Wednesday, 9 November.

Andrew’s brother Matt announced that following extensive search efforts, Andrew had been safely found and said he wanted to thank everyone who had helped raise awareness and helped in the search.

Posting on Facebook, he said: “I can confirm that Andrew has been found alive and well.

“Thank you Andrew’s Army. Thank you. Thank you to all the different units and departments of the various police jurisdictions involved. “Thank you is too small a word, there are no words in any language that can express the gratitude of my family.

“Drew, you know how much we love you, the last nine days are a testament to that.”

Matt and friends of Andrew had carried out search efforts around a host of areas in Cardiff and announced that a sighting of Andrew had been found on CCTV which had helped with the search.
