Re: the letter from Steve Jagger (‘Banks should share building’). Oh my goodness, I have been saying that for months. Oh but, no, too much common sense would need to be involved in sharing one building for three banks.

I hate the new-look banks now, especially the amount of money they have spent on renewing. The layout is so impersonal, there’s no personal touch anymore. All my friends feel the same. We will end up leaving.
