Camera Club

THE meeting on Thursday evening was an in-house projected digital image (PDI) and print competition, on the theme of still life/abstract. Colin Osborne, chairman of the Cardigan Camera Club, who has a wealth of experience, as a career photographer, around the world, judged the competition, which attracted thirty one PDIs and twenty two prints, covering as many subjects. Colin appraised each image in turn, offering constructive advice on how a few images may be improved. The evening saw four gold, four silver and eight bronze awards, from the very discerning judge; well done to those. The next meeting, on 21 April, will be an open evening. Just bring along your camera, with a number of exercises being planned. New members always very welcome.
