Re: Article ‘Polling stations move to Army Hall ‘inappropriate’’ (7 November).

As one of the ward councillors, and attending the last two elections, polling at the Silver Band headquarters, staying there all day, I fail to see any problems with this location, with its ample parking and town centre location.

The Salvation Army Hall and Merched y Wawr have no parking facilities and difficult access.

As regards to Harbour House, would many people know this location? Therefore, the only viable option is to maintain the status quo and keep the location for the polling station the same, any changes could prevent residents coming out to vote.
