Madam,

What an excellent letter from Max Dobson, retired geologist, who clearly explained the unsuitability and absurdity for the disposal of nuclear waste under the mainland and marine environment of Wales.

These geological facts surely reveal the shoddiness of the launch of the 2008 Managing Radioactive Waste Safely white paper in its true colours.

It should be obvious that nobody wants this disgusting and health threatening waste.

Let us hope that the Welsh Assembly and the Welsh Office will totally oppose any such attempt to dump this poisonous substance anywhere in or near Wales.
