MEMBERS of the public have been invited to a grand Night at the Opera to raise funds for a heart charity.

The event is being staged by the Talybont Flood Group at the village hall on 18 March.

It will feature popular arias and choruses with instrumental intervals.

The host for the evening will be Glan Davies and all money raised will go to the Welsh Hearts charity.

The entertainment starts at 7.30pm and tickets costing £5 are available at the door.

There will also be light refreshments and a raffle, for which prize donations are most welcome.
