We have seen many images of crowded beauty spots in Snowdonia and the Brecon Beacons in recent days.
Whilst such travel should be dissuaded during the alert level 4 lock down, I do hope we recognise the necessity of being outdoors for our general well being and physical health.
When we emerge from lock down, outdoor exercise is one of the safest things you can do.When we come out of lock down, one of the first things to be relaxed should be to allow people to exercise and meet others outdoors.
The natural world is something to be enjoyed (and protected) and in the world of increasing digitisation and phones and gadgets, I hope this year we have rediscovered the joy of being outside.
