MORE than 450 young people from across Ceredigion were rewarded during the Ceredigion Youth Awards Ceremony.
The ceremony was an opportunity to reward young people for their work with the two organisations over the past year.
Various awards were presented, including the Millennium Volunteers certificates, Agored Cymru certificates in community volunteering and participation, and certificates for completing courses including a ‘bushcraft’ course, a European awareness course and a digital photography course.
The evening’s guest speaker was Yvonne Evans, a presenter on S4C, while Elliw Dafydd was one of the presenters.
Anwen Eleri, Ceredigion Urdd development officer, said: “It has been a pleasure working with the Youth Service to organise this evening, and we hope our partnership will continue to thrive for years to come.”
