On Friday, 19 February, Penparcau celebrated their 90 years as a WI. The party was held in Llety Parc Hotel, Aberystwyth. An enjoyable night was had with members past and present. The Showtime Singers entertained partygoers with music from all of the decades. Janie Jones was the longest-serving member boasting 62 years, while Hilda Williams and Iris Richards have had 40 years of active membership. Janie later cut the cake.
