I refer to your article ‘Bid to demolish garages to build block of flats’.

Barcud, the recently merged Tai Ceredigion and Mid WalesHousing Associations, said the plan to build this block of nine flats has the potential to ‘uplift existing residential development along this street and make a significant contribution towards regeneration towards this area of Penparcau’.

Sorry but the local feeling is that the design of these flats is completely out of character and this comes across as pure rhetoric.
