MACHYNLLETH mayor Cllr Tony Jones has announced that the town council has finalised an agreement with Cae Post, a recycling social enterprise based in Welshpool, for a light plastics recycling facility at the Co-op.

Cllr Jones said: “I am pleased to announce that plastic film recycling is going ahead.

“Cae Post is going to provide a 1,000-litre wheelie bin in the car park of Co-op. Cae Post were quite willing to establish it and we are paying for it.”
