POLICE in North Wales have launched an appeal for information after a Dolgellau man went missing from his home.

Thomas Cato, 27, has not been seen for nearly a week and officers at North Wales Police are appealing for information on his whereabots.

“We have concerns for the whereabouts of Thomas Cato who has been reported missing from home in the Dolgellau area,” a police statement read.

“He could be anywhere in Gwynedd but is more likely to be in the Dolgellau, Porthmadog or Bangor areas.
