Police are appealing for help to find an 86-year-old man missing from the Morfa Bychan area.

Robert Davies has not been seen since 6.30pm.

A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: "We have concerns for Robert Davies, 86 years old from the Morfa Bychan, Porthmadog area. He was last seen near the shops in Morfa Bychan at approximately 6.30pm this evening.

"Robert is described as approximately 5ft 5 with thinning grey hair, possibly wearing a knitted bobble hat and a brown wax jacket."
