The low turnout is appalling."11.51pm There are 43,304 registered voters in the Dwyfor Meirionnydd constituency for this election11.49pm Conservative candidate, Neil Fairlamb, says: "In a rural seat like Dwyfor Meirionnydd, people don't tend to change their voting patterns very readily. Count continues regardless11.05pm UKIP candidate, Frank Wykes, is feeling confident this evening. He says: "We won't be coming last tonight, I can tell you that. 10pm The polls have closed across Wales. Ballot boxes from across Dwyfor and Meirionnydd are making their way to Dolgellau Leisure centre, where the count will be taking place throughout the night
