Just a line or so to those holding Premium Bonds who may have forgotten when they were purchased, or if they were completely “stuck” somewhere in the system. Do not completely give up hope.

We have lived in Abergynolwyn more than thirty years, and the Bond I hold was a gift. My father died in 1990 and I know he made the initial purchase. If I remember rightly, Premium Bonds were something of a novelty then.

Last Thursday we learnt that I have won a £25, prize! No way do we sniff at this prize, which come out of the blue. It will be shared amongst our dear family - if only on coffee and cake.
