Jetskiers have raised £4,500 for the Wales Air Ambulance from their annual ‘Black Rock Blast’ event.
Members of PWC Gwynedd travelled to the air ambulance base in Dinas Dinlle to present the cheque.
During this year’s Black Rock Blast, 106 jet skis took part as they made their way from Morfa Bychan to Aberdyfi and back.
The initial aim of the event when it first started three years ago was to promote being sensible on jet-skis whilst enjoying what Wales has to offer but has developed to a fundraising event.
The amount was raised with entries, raffles and general donations.
The total funds raised was in excess of £10,000 with the rest of the money being distributed between Blood Bikes Wales and Barmouth First Rescue’s appeal to get a defibrillator.
