AT the annual presentation evening held at Café Emlyn, Tanygroes, the committee and members of the Teifi Valley Vintage Preservation Society presented cheques amounting to a total of £5,600 to a number of local charities and groups.

The four-figure sum was raised at the society’s successful 2017 Vintage Rally.

The beneficiaries were: The Oxygen Therapy Centre, Cardigan, £1,500; Prostate Cymru, £1,500; Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital, Cardiff, £1,000; Wales Air Ambulance, £1,000; and Troedyraur YFC, £600.

The society would like to thank the land owners, sponsors, exhibitors and members of the public who attended the event for their continued support which made it possible for these donations to be made.
