MEMBERS of Dyfed Dirt Bike Club recently presented a cheque for the sum of £7,020 to the Chloe Evans LATCH fund at the Brunant Arms in Caio.
The Lampeter-based club raised the money from the now-annual Arwyn Rees Caio Enduro held earlier in the year in Caio Forest.
Chairman Cefin Evans thanked all who had helped towards the worthy cause as well as locals who assisted in the running of the Caio Enduro without whom the raising of such a huge amount of money would not have been possible.
The fund was set up after Richard Evans and family lost their daughter Chloe to cancer and the money raised will go towards a caravan at Kiln Park in Tenby which will be used for families with poorly children.
