Re: ‘no change given’ policy: All bus operators have been asked by Welsh Government to immediately introduce a ‘no change given’ policy, whereby passengers will not be offered change when purchasing tickets on the bus. This is to reduce contact between drivers and passengers.

Passengers are encouraged to use contactless facilities where they are available on services or exact change where they are not.
