I read a recent letter by Jean Miles of Harlech asking who wants to buy alcohol at 10pm whilst referring to the recent restriction within pubs/restaurants.

The answer is regrettably, the younger generation in large groups, who - like most of us - deserve some freedom and enjoyment.

But these activities are enjoyed and conducted with a very large attendance, as shown in Liverpool etc. Hence the worry of spreading and catching Covid-19, and that is why these new restrictions should be in place.

Yes I am of the older generation. I have missed my weekly outings to the locals, and my favourite restaurants since March. Am I fed up? Yes is the answer, but I continue to carry out what is required of me. Then one day we can all enjoy ourselves in a safe environment.
