Madam,

Like many of the residents of Llanarth and surrounding area, I feel sad that the vicarage is for sale. Perhaps it is for the best as the new owners might treat the property with the respect that it deserves, unlike the Church in Wales which has allowed the grounds to deteriorate for the last 10 years or more to the state they are in today.

When it has been sold, perhaps the Church in Wales will spend some money on the church hall grounds which now resemble a scrap yard. If anybody thinks this is a figment of my imagination, then I say go and have a look.
