A NUMBER of schools in Ceredigion remain closed today because of snow and ice.

They are:Ysgol Bro Pedr; Ysgol Llanarth; Ysgol Llanddewi Brefi; Ysgol Llangeitho; Ysgol Rhos y Wlad; Tregaron primary and secondary schools; and Ysgol y Dderi.

Reopened schools include: St Padarn’s School; Bro Sion Cwilt; Ysgol Bro Teifi; Penglais School; Ysgol Penweddigl Ysgol Llanon; Ysgol Penrhyncoch; Ysgol Rhydypennau.
