An Aberystwyth mum who lost nearly two stone during a television weight loss series will tonight reveal the big changes that have happened to her, six months on.
Rhiannon Harrison, a mother of two young boys, appeared on FFIT Cymru six months ago.
She managed to shed 24 pounds during the six-week series.
And tonight, viewers can catch up with all the participants in a special programme, FFIT Cymru: 6 Mis Wedyn, on S4C.
Since the end of the series, Rhiannon has become engaged to her partner Gethin.
Rhiannon said: "As a mum, you never take time for yourself – I was right down at the bottom of the list. But I started to make a bit of time for myself, started working out and that really helped my mental health.
"I can’t believe some of the things I used to tell myself and the way I would describe myself. It was so unhealthy and unkind. If you have a positive mental attitude, you are more likely to succeed."
