CARDIGAN sportsman Nick Wallace is calling all frisbee fans to get in touch with him so an ‘Ultimate Frisbee’ group can be established in the town.

A minimum of eight players are required and Nick is hoping people will support his new, fun idea.

Ultimate Frisbee is an official sport that is very popular in American colleges and is played at both Oxford and Cambridge universities and Nick hopes that people in this area will start playing it too.

“I lived in London for over 10 years and I used to play Frisbee in Green Park. It varied how many people would turn up from week to week depending on the weather, but the game is fun and easy to play," said Nick who enjoys walking, martial arts training and the outdoors.

"I passed the rugby club field a few times in the town and thought why not get people together to play Frisbee and see what happens.”

If you would like more information on Ultimate Frisbee, Nick can be contacted by emailing him at [email protected] or by visiting Cardigan Frisbee on Facebook.
