Madam,

How sad that two more teenagers are victims of knife crime. I think it’s time for society to provide venues for kids to spend time in rather that having to walk the streets.

In the past when youth clubs were the normal pastime for youths, knife crime was unheard of. This would be a lot cheaper than policing the streets and paying for ambulance crews to care for victims.
