There is news re the Llanbedr bypass on the A496, but it is unlikely to be completed swiftly.

Meanwhile, we press for the traffic lights as covered in previous correspondence.

The convoy system greatly reduced delays for through traffic, and, extremely importantly, safeguarded pedestrians as they walked up the hill towards the pub, Coed Artro and Artro Lodges.

It’s a strikingly dangerous area as north-going traffic swings down the steep hill.
