COLEG Meirion-Dwyfor’s Independent Living skills students have carried out a range of community projects as part of their activities week.
Along with Daniel Griffith, Gwynedd officer for Keep Wales Tidy, students from the college’s Glynllifon campus carried out a beach clean at Dinas Dinlle.
Their Dolgellau counterparts carried out a litter pick on the Marian, as well as on the cycle path in the town.
In Dolgellau, the students were joined in the clean-up by town councillor Linda Morgan.
She said: “It is such a pleasure to see students getting involved in community projects such as this so willingly. The students were a credit to the college and their involvement will make a difference to the environment.”
