A RAFFLE prize has helped raise hundreds of pounds for the Glaslyn ospreys.

Bywyd Gwyllt Glaslyn Wildlife recently held a raffle for a ‘glass wall hanging’ donated by volunteer and acclaimed artist Bill Swann to raise funds for the charity.

Bill drew the winning ticket and also presented delighted winners, Lynda McGill and Bob Page, with their prize at the visitor centre.

A spokesperson for Bywyd Gwyllt Glaslyn Wildlife said: “We wish to thank Bill Swann for his generous donation and to all those who bought raffle tickets.

“Sales of raffle tickets raised £657 for the charity.

“Donations to Bywyd Gwyllt Glaslyn Wildife can be made via our website if anyone would like to.”
