Tina Marie Evans and Nia Evans, who have been friends since their days as students at Aberystwyth University, travelled from Bangor to Cardiff on a tandem bike with the aim of raising £10,000 for charity.

Pictured passing through Tre’r-ddôl, the pair were raising money for three charities that provide adapted sporting opportunities for disabled people, causes that have supported Tina and helped her improve her fitness.
