Madam,

I would like to express a heartfelt thank you to all at Bronglais Hospital and Ystwyth Surgery who cared for my dear grandfather, Trefor Morgans, during his illness.

The care that was shown went above and beyond and we can’t express enough how grateful we all are and how the support always gave us hope and strength.

Unfortunately my grandad passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 27 December, having fought a good battle with his illness.
