Eighteen months ago I wrote a letter of thanks through your page to very kind neighbours, friends and local village shop for so much help and support following a mystery illness.
Since then the Covid virus has raised its ugly head, and those same wonderful folk have continued their care and support, enabling me to stay safely isolated at home.
Being 100 miles away from my family which has increased by one in this time, makes the love and kindness of such good folk all the more appreciated. They each have their own needs and problems too.
It’s so difficult to show appreciation - financial reward is not really an answer. I hope that once again they will recognise themselves, and find some reward in time.
