The unrest in places like Rhyl and other towns in Wales stems a lot from some youngsters not being able to focus their energies on worthwhile things.

Youth clubs should make a dramatic comeback, with internet centres being a big thing in them.

Let’s see groups like the Scouts also doing their thing with competition between groups being a focus.

It may well be that it will need councils putting in the funds for this but they would be repaid in less crime to deal with.

Also firms need to offer apprenticeships more to youngsters who want to learn a trade well before leaving school.

Again focusing more on their futures and making them realise that doing crime is wasting your time...
