What an underhanded way for the council in Barmouth to start handing parking tickets out, suddenly without warning because the laws were suddenly being changed. Surely if they can issue tickets, they could hand out warnings at first. This would certainly be a more acceptable way of doing things. With an outcry being created, this will cause the council itself to have to do more work to put this right.
