ANGRY residents marched through the streets of Aberystwyth this morning to protest the proposed closure of Aberystwyth Post Office and have the service provided by a third party elsewhere in the town.

Following a public meeting which condemned the plan, the protest started at the car park in Trefechan at 10.45am before walking up Bridge Street, through the centre of town and finishing in Sgwar Owain Glyndwr.
