A weather warning has been issued for strong winds across West Wales this evening.
The Met Office has this morning issued a yellow weather warning from 9pm this evening until 10am on Tuesday morning, warning of gusts of up to 50mph.
Meteorologists warn that the strong easterly wins could cause some short-term loss of power and other services and coastal communities may be affected by spray and large waves.
The Met Office says: "Strong easterly winds will develop across southwest England and parts of Wales during Monday evening and overnight before gradually easing through Tuesday morning. Winds will gust to around 50 mph at times.”
The wind is expected to ease into Tuesday morning.
