I am perplexed why all the lights on Aberystwyth prom from the pier to Alexandra Hall are on throughout the day.

I know about seven have been on for the last six months at least, and then about a week ago they all came on.

Also most of the lights over the roundabout by the bus station have been on all day again for six months! Why have they not been turned off?

There is so much wasting of electrical power throughout the UK and yet we seem to be continually looking to build more generating systems. Look for example at the plans to put new wind turbines on the area near to Pumlumon, where they will scar the landscape not only visually but hydrologically as well because each will need a track built on the mountainside to erect and maintain it.
