Madam,

I applied to Ceredigion County Council for 1,000 consultation documents and background documents on Bodlondeb, as there are not enough documents in circulation to be distributed to the possibly 40,000 residents in the catchment area of Aberystwyth.

On leaving my letter for Bronwen Morgan at the council offices in Llanbadarn Fawr, I saw there was only a handful on the counter. I was hoping that I would be able to obtain 40 for those who had requested them.

I ask that Bronwen Morgan, delays the consultation, so that every ratepayer can have the opportunity to give their views.

Only 168 residents, according to the review in 2015, replied to the consultation. We should all have been given the opportunity. I still have not received 1,000 documents to distribute, to those, I know, who would give their views, Why?

I also asked for there to be included in the document a box where people could leave their name and address if they wanted a response. There is not one.
