Madam,

Can anyone tell me the purpose of two drones I see regularly flying above the main road towards Barmouth and back again at some hundred feet above the main road.

Who owns these drones, what are they doing and is it legal? These drones are disturbing the gulls (and probably other birds) who fly after them and try to chase them off.
