Editor: There must be thousands of people if not the whole of England and Wales, breathing a sigh of relief about Liz Truss tackling the energy crisis.

Let’s hope the measures she puts in place do the trick. One cannot think of a worst scenario of constantly rising fuel prices.

This would affect the whole of society, work and produce in every aspect of our daily lives.

Our energy must be obtained by affordable means or we will see the collapse of society.
