The Cambrian News is looking to highlight our local heroes in the NHS - but needs your help.

Do you have a friend or family member who is working on the frontline helping those with coronavirus during this crisis?

We would like to feature them in the newspaper and give you the chance to thank them in the Cambrian News.

Natalie Lawson, Cambrian News editor, said: "We want to give a shout out to the amazing NHS staff members of our community who are working tirelessly on our behalf to help keep us all safe and healthy.

"Your dedication and sacrifice isn’t going unnoticed - and the whole community want to say ’thank you’.

"So please send in your NHS Heroes nominees, so we can give them the round of applause they never seek, but definitely deserve."

From cleaners to doctors, nominate your NHS hero by emailing [email protected] with a photograph of the nominee and a few words on who they are and what they’re doing to help fight the virus.
