BONT returned to winning ways in the Cambrian Tyres Aberystwyth and District League as they eased to an emphatic 10-2 win over Machynlleth Reserves, to move eight points clear at the top.
Dewi Siôn Evans and Dion Davies both scored twice, with Lee Jones, Andrew Carree, Glyndwr Hughes, Gwynfryn Hughes, Ben Lewis and Owen Evans completing an emphatic win.
Steve Jones and Dave Jones scored the consolation goals for the visiting side.
The in-form Rhun Garner meanwhile scored a hat-trick as Tregaron Turfs breezed to a 7-0 win over Penrhyncoch Reserves to move into third position.
Nigel Jones, Gareth Davies, Ifan Jones and Adam Clewse completed the rout as Tregaron eased to a sixth league win.
Dolgellau Reserves made it four wins from five in division two with a comfortable 8-1 win at Aberdyfi Reserves, with Darryn Jones and Mike Rees both scoring twice for the visitors. Lee Riches, George Jackson-Townshend and Charlie Owen also netted, whilst Tim Holt scored a consolation for the hosts.
Aberystwyth University Thirds kept pace with a 4-1 home win over Padarn United Reserves. Levi Challinor scored another hat-trick for the students, with Simon Fisher also on target, whilst Mike Putt got on the scoresheet for Padarn.
