BLAENAU Ffestiniog Amateurs claimed their second North Wales Coast West Premier Division victory of the season with an impressive 3-0 win at Gwalchmai on Saturday.

The visitors produced a polished display at Maes Meurig and took the lead after 12 minutes when Sion Woolway finished off a move created by Cai Price.

Blaenau doubled their advantage on the stroke of half-time. Jack Diamond was the provider, setting up Mabon Owen to give his side a commanding lead at the interval.

The visitors wrapped up the points on the hour mark. Diamond, influential throughout, got on the scoresheet himself with Blaenau's third.

Nantlle Vale extended their winning run to three matches with a 2-1 victory over Llanberis at Maes Dulyn.

Llanberis edged ahead through a Huw Owen penalty but their task became more difficult when Caio Thomas was sent off.

Nantlle made the numerical advantage count after the break, with goals from Ashley Owen and Alex Kalafusz.
