ABERDYFI were beaten 4-0 at home as Talybont moved up to second place in the Cambrian Tyres Aberystwyth and District League division one last weekend.
Two goals from Connor Evans and singles from Jamie Morgan and Robbie Southgate secured the visiting team the points.
Bow Street Reserves were held to a 1-1 draw at Tregaron Turfs, with Pete James scoring a free-kick for the visitors, whilst Rhun Garner netted for the home team.
Borth United Reserves went down 3-0 at home to Llanilar, who earned the points with two goals from Ryan Edwards and a Clive Morgan penalty.
Bont maintained their unbeaten start to the season as they registered a 4-3 home win over Padarn United.
Goals by Trevor Jenkins, Dewi Sion Evans, Andrew Gilbert and Ben Lewis moved the league leaders eight points clear at the top.
Padarn stayed in touch through Paul James, Jason Davies and an own goal.
There were plenty of goals as Machynlleth Reserves notched their second league win of the season by beating Penrhyncoch Reserves 5-4.
In division two, goals from Sion Redgrift, Mike Worsell and Darryl Johns saw Dolgellau Reserves make it two wins from two with a 3-0 win at Talybont Reserves.
Padarn United Reserves beat Llanilar Reserves 5-4, with Dave ‘Plucka’ Jones and Boboiciov Radu both scoring twice, along with a goal from Robin Mleczek.
Llanilar replied through goals from Jordan Rogers, Thomas Rees-Jones, Sion Gittins and Glyn Thomas.
Llanon meanwhile registered their first win as they emerged as 3-2 winners at home to Aberdyfi Reserves.
