CLEDAN Davies fired a third successive hat-trick as Tregaron Turfs made it seven wins from seven games in the Cambrian Tyres Aberystwyth and District League with a dominant 8-0 derby win at Bont.

Carwyn Earey had opened the scoring for Turfs, and when Mel Davies was upended in the box, Cledan Davies duly doubled the lead from the penalty spot.

Bont were reduced to 10 men for a challenge on Daniel Owen, and it was always going to be uphill struggle in the second half. Deian Williams added a third goal, and Daniel Owen and Cledan Davies made it 5-0. Rhun Garner headed home twice from corners, and Davies completed his hat-trick for an emphatic win.

Dylan Evans and Shon Morgans netted as Llanilar hit back to draw 2-2 away against Penrhyncoch Reserves, who had scored twice through Craig Errington. Bow Street Reserves returned to winning ways after their heavy defeat to Llanilar as they notched a 1-0 win over Padarn United, courtesy of an own goal.

In the Cambrian Tyres League division two, Rodney Lee Thomas and Darren Jones both scored twice as Dolgellau Reserves won 4-0 away at Padarn Reserves.

Jake Bush, Ben Holt and Ben Davies all scored twice as Penparcau Reserves won 8-1 at Corris United, with Lee Morgan and an own goal completing the rout.
