THE NOVEMBER meeting was the AGM, held at Brithdir village hall. President Reta welcomed all attending members and accepted apologies from those unable to come. Normal business, such as minutes of the last meeting, were read and passed and the county letter read and discussed. During the AGM, the secretary and treasurers annual reports were given. All officers for 2016 are the same as 2015 with the exception of press secretary. Florence Jackson has agreed to take over those duties.Reta thanked everyone for their support, especially Sue Bell for her hard work on the group’s contribution to the panel for the Gwynedd Meirionydd section of the centenary exhibition and the even harder work on the scrapbook for the centenary competition. The menu for the Christmas lunch which will be at the college on 11 December was given out for members to make their choices.
