WORK is progressing on a forest cabin site near Beddgelert which developers say will bring year-round employment to the region.

Forest Holidays has announced that they will open their new cabins in Beddgelert – its 10th location in the UK – this summer.

The company’s first location in Wales, which is designed to compliment 85 existing camping and caravanning pitches, will generate year-round employment opportunities for the local community.

Forest Holidays offers eco-friendly cabins, which blend into the forest enhancing the surrounding woodland, its wildlife and their habitats.

Guests stay with Forest Holidays to rediscover the natural world, explore the beauty of the local area and reconnect with those closest to them.
